proud to offer you free shipping and insurance on every order within
the US. We have partnered with UPS and the US Postal Service to offer
you fast and efficient delivery.
After
your item has been processed (and if you specified it to be engraved
or sized) your package will be delivered free via one of the
following methods, depending on order value and destination:
- UPS
Ground,
arriving one to five business days (depending on your location)
after shipping from Diamond of Eden (call for Saturday delivery).
- UPS Priority
Delivery /USPS
Priority Mail®, will arrive
two business days after shipping from Diamond of Eden.
- UPS 3
Day Select,
arriving one to three business days after shipping from Diamond
of Eden.
- UPS Next
Day Air Saver ®, available as an inexpensive upgrade
to ensure a timely delivery
How to Calculate Your Date of Delivery
Most orders ship out from Diamond of Eden within 1-2 business days.
Then it takes 1-5 additional days by FedEx or USPS to reach you.
We can upgrade your order to Overnight shipping for a small fee.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been
shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This
gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches
you or your recipient's doorstep.
Terms and Policies
For Security reasons, Diamond of Eden ships to street addresses only,
and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately
by e-mail and informed the
reason for the delay.Your credit card
will not be charged until the order has been shipped.
All orders to
APOs and MSPs are sent via USPS and can take up to 10
business days.
Shipping to Alternate Address
Since jewelry is often given for special occasions,
we will be extremely flexible to help you create a wonderful surprise.
We can expedite your delivery for a fast-approaching special occasion,
or we can ship your order to an address other than your home to help
you maintain your surprise.
If
you will not be home to sign for your order, Diamond of Eden can
also ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient
destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers
against fraud, when
you order merchandise priced $500 or more to be delivered to a
destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your
credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address
on file. To
help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide
them with your alternate shipping address.
If you cannot be available, or have someone else available to sign
for your package, you can have it shipped to your local UPS location
so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. Find the
UPS
location nearest you.
